Climate-Weather Interface

Dr. Edoardo Mazza is a postdoctoral researcher working with Dr. Chidong Zhang. He received his BSc from the University of Edinburgh and his M.S/Ph.D. from the University of Washington, where he studied the interaction between tropical cyclones and the environment across the weather-climate continuum. At NOAA/PMEL, he will investigate the coordinated sampling of the air-sea transition zone using unmanned systems through the lens of fully-coupled, atmosphere-wave-ocean simulations.

More information on his publications can be found on google scholar.
