Charlton,

If you are using LAS v6 you can copy the file las/etc/LASinfo.pl to
las/server/LASinfo.pl.  Make sure it is executable.  Then send us the
URL of your server and we'll be able to get all the debugging
information we need from this little CGI script.

Also, sometimes running the configure program again will fix problems
that are difficult to diagnose.  It's kind of like 'rebooting' LAS.
