You need to define a time axis.To make life easy, call your year a 360 day year (ferret can convert) So, a time step by days for one 360 day year would be: 15, 45, 75, 105, 135, 165, 195, 225, 255, 285, 315, 345 You only need Sep, Oct and Nov: 255, 285, 315. Each additional year would be that number+360 yes? define axis/t/t0=15-jan-1952/units=days/calendar=360_day my_month_axis = {255, 285, 315, 615, 645, 675, ...} then you just use this new axis for defining your grid.
