[ferret_users] ferret into the future

Ryo Furue and Steve Hankin have identified the way forward,
with a more modern, up to date scripting language. It seems
like it is mainly a matter of drumming up support in the form
of hiring someone. Maybe if the ferret users community shows a
strong consensus that they would like to see it happen, then
something will come of it. Anyway, thanks to all for responses.
