Hi Yogesh,
The ZAXREPLACE function does this.  You define the Z axis that you want, 
in this case Z in pressure units, and a function which converts between 
the existing units and the output units.  Then call ZAXREPLACE to apply 
the conversion and put your data on the desired axis.
