NOPP Real-Time Data

Data are received via GOES satellite every three hours from two buoys deployed in the North Pacific Ocean. Data are processed by the TAO Project Office of NOAA/PMEL. The plots to the right show the last two weeks and the entire time series of 3-hour average surface meteorological data at Ocean Station PAPA and Station MOMMA. Vertical profiles of temperature and salinity are also available in real time.
