[las_users] osgeo mapserver does not work

Dear LAS team,

today the osgeo mapserver gives the following error message instead of a 
map:

msDrawMap(): Image handling error ... Unable to access file. 
(/mapdata/vmap0/disp/ceasefire_v0sas_4)

It is the result of this request:
