[las_users] Date handling DateWidgets in Armstrong 1.1

Hi,

In the latest LAS Armstrong 1.1 release we upgraded the way the user interface handles date selections to use the DateWidget _javascript_ component to mange date selections.

If for some reason this changes does not work for your data collection you can turn off the DateWidget and go back to the old method of managing date selections by making these two simple changes.

To configure Armstrong 1.1 to use the old way of displaying dates:

After you untar the distribution, but before you configure make these edits:

$LAS_HOME/WebContent/luis/velocity/constrain.vm

Change the second line from:

#set($date_widget = "true")

to

#set($date_widget = "false")

and similarly at line 4 of

$LAS_HOME/WebContent/luis/velocity/constrain_compare.vm

then configure and install your LAS as normal.
