[las_users] Forcing same y axis on Overlay plot

Hello All,

My system users are doing Overlay plots of time series data and (for example
) data from one model is a little less than 800 w/m**2, while data from anot
her agency is a little more than 800 w/m**2.  LAS handles this by making one
 vertical axis maximum of 800 and the other vertical axis labeled as a maxim
um of 900.  Users want to have both axes be the same (in this case, both at 
900) in order to easily compare the two data sets.  Is it possible to force 
LAS to use the same maximum value on both y axes?
