[las_users] Can't locate object method "getCategories"

Hi All,

I am trying to add the following vector composite to the xml 
configuration file:

    <composite>
     <wind_vectors name="Wind Vectors">
      <properties>
       <ui>
        <default>file:ui.xml#VecVariable </default>
       </ui>
      </properties>
      <link match="../../variables/curv_air_u"/>
      <link match="../../variables/curv_air_v"/>
     </wind_vectors>
    </composite>

When I rebuild the server I get the following error:

Can't locate object method "getCategories" via package "LAS::CompVar" at 
../xml/perl/LASServlet.pm line 2639.
make: *** [generate] Error 255

Does anyone know why the LAS can find the needed method?
