Jean-Marie,

The first thing I would try is the procedure for turning off the DODS 
cache that is described here:
http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/LASdoc/serve/cache/42.html

If this works, you might just try removing the DODS cache directory and 
turning the caching back on.
