Hi Pierre,

The LAS installation documentation has an example of how to add a new
visualization program to LAS. Take a look at the README.html file
included with the LAS distribution or go to:

http://ferret.wrc.noaa.gov/Ferret/LAS/Documentation/v5_installation.html

and scroll down to the section:
