I Think CDO command can be useful here; For example for your 3 cases u can use these 3 line commands; Just try if this works; OR consult CDO manual available online for more.

cdo yearmonmean ifile ofile

cdo splitseas ifile ofile

cdo yearmonmean ifile ofile
