Dear Ryo I am sorry to be late replying. Anyhow, I made it by fortran program and netcdf library. I am very sorry that I made the poor explanation. The netcdf of question in reading is that I made it by fortran with netcdf library. I modified the netcdf a little bit and finally I read it with ferret.
