[ferret_users] EOF analysis

Dear ferreters,
 	Is it a right method to compute EOF on smaller domains and later combine 
all the files to view the results for the entire domain.  For example I have  
data set in the domain 0-100 and 60S-30N in the time domian l=1 : 300. If I 
save the EOF of smaller domians, 0-10, 60S-50S (say) and later combine these 
files for the whole domain, would the result be the same as finding the EOF of 
the whole domian.
