Hi Namba-san,

The highest longitude-latitude resolution of World Ocean Atlas data
which I know of is 1 X 1 degree.

If you have a version of the world ocean atlas in 1/4 x 1/4 degree
resolution, could you tell me what format the data is in and I'll see if
I can give you any more advice about transforming it to NetCDF.
