Dear Ferret Users,

I've been trying to plot my point data (concentration values) using the polygon
command, and I couldn't.
My .cdf file is organised as follows
 currently SET data sets:
    1> ./DOC.cdf
 name     title                             I         J         K         L
 LONG     LONG                             1:863     ...       ...       ...
 LAT      LAT                              1:863     ...       ...       ...
 DEP      DEP                              1:863     ...       ...       ...
 DOC      DOC                              1:863     ...       ...       ...
 TLIG     TLIG                             1:863     ...       ...       ...

I am doing this, and getting the following error message:
yes? set viewport u2w
yes? plot/vs long[d=1]-180,lat[d=1]-90
yes? go polymark POLY/FILL/OVER/line/TITLE="TDOC"/KEY long[d=1] lat[d=1]
tlig[d=1] circle 0.25
 **ERROR: command syntax: (( )-( ))/3.304
          ( before ) is illegal
DEFINE VARIABLE/QUIET PLMyscale = (( )-( ))/3.304
Command file, command group, or REPEAT execution aborted
