[ferret_users] plot labels -> increasing size or changing to embedded font (viewport)

Dear Ferret Users,

I have a few questions regarding the optimization of plots:

1) Is there a way to increase the contour width beyond a value of three (I use the /thickness=3 command)? I plot several maps with the viewport command and the contours are very thin in the final plot despite using the largest thickness.

2) I have the same problem with the longitude and latitude labels. They get very small. I tried increasing the font size in Adobe Illustrator, however the labels are not recognized as a individual font path. Is there a workaround to get nice large labels?
