[las_users] hhow to display units correctly?

Hi,

the data set "Atlantic ecosystem model GENUS" on the LAS

http://phy-49.io-warnemuende.de:8080/

have units that require an exponential form in the colour key. Here some
digits are outside of the viewport and are not displayed in the figure.

There are two questions:

- what is the best place to edit ferret scripts for a correction of the 
viewport?

- is it possible to apply a factor and an offset in the xml-descriptor 
file. I could not
find such xml-keywords in the LAS description.
