Hi Roland & others,
I want to create time-series graphs using data from this file:
http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/thredds/dodsC/jason2/QA_assurance/jason2_igdr_pass_statistics.nc.html.
All the variables I want to plot have two dimensions- time and
stat_ind. stat_ind is the statistical index corresponding to mean,
maximum, minimum, etc. So each variable has the data for all the
indices. Now, I want to separate data corresponding to each index
into a new (virtual) dataset within LAS. That is, have a different
dataset for each index. Is it possible to configure this within LAS?
I tried using opendap urls such as this in the LAS configuration file:
http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/thredds/dodsC/jason2/QA_assurance/jason2_igdr_pass_statistics.nc?iono_corr_alt_ku[0:1:19880][3:1:3],<similarly
other variables with general form- varName[0:1:19880][3:1:3]> which
corresponds to Standard Deviation
But this doesn't seem to work. Though other OpenDAP clients like
ncBrowse are able to read from these OpenDAP links properly and plot
the indices in the desired way. Is there a way to configure LAS to do
the same?
We might be able to come up with something. How are you configuring
these into LAS for you tests? Can you post an example configuration
here?
Thanks,
Roland
