It sounds like at some point your site had a custom operation withID=GODAETrack defined. If you replaced your operationsV7.xml with thedefault then this operation is no longer configured into your LAS.You'll need to resurrect the operation XML for this operation and add itback to your deployed operationsV7.xml file.
