[las_users] LASTest Bug Fixed

Hi,

We have a new tar file 
(ftp://ftp.pmel.noaa.gov/pub/las/las.v7.2.1.tar.gz) which has a fix for 
the LASTest problem discovered yesterday.  The documentation still links 
to the old file name (las.v7.2.tar.gz), but this also contains the fix.

This is a very minor fix and you only need to upgrade if you are using 
LASTest.
