Re: [las_users] error producing difference plots

Hi Roland,
Thanks for the idea, but I already had the Ferret IOSP and data source configured in my TDS. As per the documentation, this is in my threddsConfig.xml (and I've long since rebooted Tomcat):

  <datasetSource>gov.noaa.pmel.tmap.iosp.FerretDataSource</datasetSource>
  <nj22Config>
    <ioServiceProvider class="gov.noaa.pmel.tmap.iosp.FerretIOServiceProvider"/>
  </nj22Config>

Any other things I can look at or send you? Going through my "Data for LAS" folder in TDS, anytime I click on a .jnl file via OPeNDAP, I get the same error ("not a valid NetCDF file").
Thanks,
John

Hi All,

Any ideas what's preventing the difference plots from working? Thanks!, John Maurer Hawaii Ocean Observing System (HiOOS)
