[las_users] getting LAS7 UI to display multiple hours in pull-down?

Hi All,
I recently switched from LAS6 to LAS7. My dataset configuration files have not changed. My settings used to properly display a list of available hours in LAS6 but now I only get one option (00:00) in LAS7--this is true for all of my datasets. For example, I used the following to allow selection of all data from May 14 to June 16 at 3-hourly intervals (0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21), with the default set to today (June 10) at noon:

However, now the default is the start date (May 14) instead of my display_hi date (today: June 10) and the hours pull-down menu only has one option (00:00). Do I need to change something in how I specify the time axis in my config file or is there a bug in the latest stable release (LAS 7.1)?
