[las_users] problems when runing tomcat as daemon

Hi,When I use jsvc tool to run Tomcat as a daemon I meet these problems:

I could open the las homepage of my server and select the viables.But at last when
I request the final ouput  I get the error page  which tell that "Error was returned from the 
backend server." and "gov.noaa.pmel.tmap.las.exception.LASException: Cannot 
initialize the velocity engine. "

If login as root and use  startup.sh to run tomcat it would be ok! I think 
running tomcat as a daemon may have no permission to some files.So I add
readable and writable  permission to all the files and directories in armstrong
installation directory and tomcat directory.After than I still meet the same 
troubles.
