Dear All, I am just new in using LAS. I am facing some initial problem in creating the XML file based on my nc file. Please see the details below. 1) The addXml.pl, template.xml and nc files are located as shown below. root@maud server]# pwd /home/aomip/las/server [root@maud server]# ls -alp ../../forcing/precip_reg_AOMIP.nc -r--r--r-- 1 root root 522036 Jul 16 2003 ../../forcing/precip_reg_AOMIP.nc [root@maud server]# ls -alp ../xml/perl/addXml.pl -r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 3580 May 5 2004 ../xml/perl/addXml.pl [root@maud server]# ls -alp ../xml/perl/template.xml -r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 1361 May 5 2004 ../xml/perl/template.xml 2) Then as per the website information, I followed the step below to create the XML file for the nc file. But it shows the following "division by zero" error. [root@maud server]# ../xml/perl/addXml.pl --out_inc ../xml/perl/template.xml my_data.xml ../../forcing/precip_reg_AOMIP.nc **File: ../../forcing/precip_reg_AOMIP.nc Use of uninitialized value in division (/) at ../xml/perl/LASNetCDF.pm line 560. Illegal division by zero at ../xml/perl/LASNetCDF.pm line 560. 3) I also enclose the LASNetCDF.pm script I have the LAS here. I use LAS (Live Access Server) 6.0. Can someone help me why I am getting this error and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance. C.
