[las_users] Constraints page error

I'm running LAS6.4, and have several datasets up at:

http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/FOCI/servlets/dataset

I just added my first dataset that crosses the dateline, and now I get a User 
Interface error at the Constraints page:

javax.servlet.ServletException: xlo must be greater than -180

So I changed the region for that dataset in the ui.xml to be > -180, touched 
las.xml, and re-maked.

Still same error.

My dataset has an x-axis like this:

double XNEW(XNEW)
units = "degrees_east"
modulo = 360.
point_spacing = "even"
axis = "X"

XNEW = -198, -197.9, 197.8, ..... -155

My axis definition from the dataset xml:

 <nep_a_nc_XNEW type="x" units="degrees_east">
  <arange start="-198.0" step="0.1" size="431"/>
 </nep_a_nc_XNEW>

Any ideas where LAS is stumbling here?  The only email archive reference to the 
problem was 2001, and hints that it was fixed.  Do I need to change the netcdf 
axis to XNEW = 162, 162.1, 162.2, .... 205 ???  Will this give an error that 
"xhi must be less than 180"?
