Use ID/Passwd to restrict particular user can only access paritcular datasets?

Hello,

Can LAS achieve following functionality?

 

Assume there are four user IDs,

and LAS divides datasets into two groups logically ( maybe use a configure file to assign which dataset is belonging to which group ).

Then, LAS can limit user A, B, C only can access datasets  group 1, and user D only can access dataset group 2.

 

Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks.
