Servet,

The problem may well be with your apache configuration.  Looking again 
at your original message, the Apache server is complaining about the 
alias  las-bin/LASserver.pl.  Look at your httpd.conf set up for the 
script-alias.  Does it look similar to this:

ScriptAlias  /las-bin/ /var/www/html//las/server/
