Re: Where's my image?

I put the full source for an html page in the email that I sent a few minute
s ago. Obviously that didn't work and I'm sending just the necessary part o
f the source in this email. Please ignore the email that I sent just before
 this. Ben

Hello Phil and All,

Unfortunately its not resolved yet, but I think I have the information that
will lead us to the solution.

The html page that my Internet Explorer browser is receiving looks normal ex
cept that the image (plot) of the data is missing. The source for the html
page contains:

-------------------------------------------------
<table> <tr> <td>
    <img border="0" src="http://localhost:80/las-output/68321cd073c6ecf88771
c9d824e19672.gif">
  </td> </tr>
</table>
-------------------------------------------------

The image (68321cd073c6ecf88771c9d824e19672.gif) is on my LAS server under /
usr/local/las/las/server/output and its the correct image. But my browser d
oesn't know where to get the image at the location "localhost" (http://local
host:80 . . .). If it said http://172.16.7.82:80/ . . . then I think it wou
ld work OK. Interestingly, further down in the source for this page it cont
ains
"http://172.16.7.82/las-bin/LASserver.pl . . .
so this part of the same page has the correct/necessary address information.

So the question(s) now are:

1. What LAS software creates the html source for this output page?

2. Where does it get the address/location information for the address of my
LAS server, that it puts into the html source for the image?

To answer your questions below Phil:
I tried my IE v6.0 browser on various other online LAS servers version 5.X a
nd 6.X and they all worked fine.
I installed Mozilla 1.4 and it works OK on other online LAS servers but has
the same problem when directed to my LAS server.

Thank you,

Ben
