Joe Mclean also noticed this particular bug and checked in a fix. I've
attached an improved version of TMAPDate.pm that should go in las/xml/perl.
I hope that solves your problems once and for all.

The times are made up. If I use hours LAS will not plot

I note that when hours is used the pull down menu for time
shows - note the difference in representation of hours is
different after the first
