Re: creating a longterm average



Linton,

I'll suggest that you make the long term average variable only once with
Ferret and then serve it up as another variable.  The virtual variable
concept would certainly apply here but it seems like you'll be
unnecessarily repeating the calculation of this important variable for
every request that involves it.
