Re: ui for single variable stored in mulitple files
Hi, Jon,
Thanks for the link. It works in ferret command line, but
fails for a new reason in LAS (uh, I am so close...). Details below:
I have converted my adjoin.des using linuxize_descriptors.
It fixed the fortran namelist problem and ferret command line looks fine:
[xing@eyre descr]$ ferret
NOAA/PMEL TMAP
Program FERRET
Version 5.33 - 06/28/01
29-Oct-01 14:44
yes? use adjoint
yes? show data
currently SET data sets:
1> ./adjoint.des (default)
name title I J K
L
HAVE Sea Surface Height 1:360 1:224 ...
1:147
yes? shade have[l=15]
yes? plot/x=180/y=0/l=1:147 have
yes? exit
But when accessing via LAS at
http://eyre.jpl.nasa.gov/try/, I got
yes? cancel mode verify
yes? cancel mode interp
yes? canc data/all
yes? go std_initialize "adjoint" "1" "1" "Have"
yes? set
region/x="180":"540"/y="-79.5":"80.5"/k=1/t="01-Jan-1997":"01-Jan-1997"
yes? set win/size=.5
yes? set win/asp=0.666666666666667
yes? GO "/tmp/lasgo183385419987.jnl"
Program quit unexpectedly.
I have made copies of adjoint.des, adjoint.des.before.conversion
and lasgo183385419987.jnl available at
http://eyre.jpl.nasa.gov/download/problem/
