PPL multplt command

Hello,

I am looking for the exact syntax of how to use the 'PPL multplt'
command.  When using the command, I don't get the command prompts as
shown in the manual although by using arguments to the command this does
change the output. Other questions include:

- What are the newly defined viewports called and how do you access them

- At what time should 'ppl mulplt' be called, before or after the plots
have been set up?
