Re: gif images and 16-bit colour



Rodrigo,

There is another way around the problem; start Ferret as:

	ferret -gif

This puts Ferret in "batch mode", which means that no graphical output
is sent to your screen. However, all of the graphics are stored in
Ferret, and the frame command will produce a gif file.
