Without my giving it too much thought, try instead using the line

let d0  = exphasel1[l=`ll`:`ul`]

The problem is that ll and ul the way you have them defined are not numbers

you may also have to change the definitions of ll and ul to

let ll  = `idx-100`
let ul  = `idx+100`
