Have you tried to use a sort of a "precision" command?

For example:

let Correl_ERA5vECHAM5 = `corr`; list Correl_ERA5vECHAM5
label/over 17,-36,1, 0,0.15 @AS `Correl_CRUvECHAM5,precision=2`

I have not tried it but I'm sure it will work. Best of luck!.
