[ferret_users] pyferret crashes after conda installation

Dear Ferreters,

I installed pyferret with conda as described on the web-page.
Starting pyferret (after )conda activate FERRET) I get this error:

        NOAA/PMEL TMAP
        PyFerret v7.63 (optimized)

yes? use coads_climatology
yes? shade sst[l=1]

Is this a  known error and even more important is there a known fix?

The system is:
