I have bathymetry data in NetCDF format, I only need to plot the contour between sea and land. 

I used the command contour/lev=(a,b,c) depth, but I don't know how to determine the a,b,c to only plot the border between sea and land.

You can just specify individual contour levels with something like

contour/lev=(-30)(0)(50)(100) . . .   var

In your case, you just need 

contour/lev=(0) . . . var
