Dear Martin,

Thank you very much. I guess I still prefer eps style and, don’t we still need it for publication? The pdf output I have only see part of the figure. Maybe I can use it if this can be solved. Otherwise, I have two choices:

1. Qt4: I installed qt4 before Pyferret but Pyferret automatically installed qt5. I still can see qt4 for a while but not now. I will also search online how to make them parallel and use qt4 before you have time to teach me.

2. Roll back to brew ferret: I changed to Pyferret because my ferret does not work after upgrading to Mojave. Libedit doesn't work I remember. I am not sure if this problem will remain for brew ferret. If you know how to solve this, I can move my ferret back in place from a backup zip. I guess it will still work by just copying back if the lib problem is solved.

There are several python scripts (.py-files), importing either PyQt4 or PyQt5. If there is PyQt5 installed, it would be preferred. If you need more details I could help, but in this case please wait until next Tuesday.   So your turn would be to learn, how to keep qt4 and qt5 in parallel on your Mac, no need to downgrade.
