Re: [ferret_users] invisible contour label

Hi Martin,

This definitely is a bug in PyFerret.  Using system fonts instead of Ferret's default font in cases like this requires some changes in the PlotPlus code, and appears this case was overlooked.  Will get this fixed.  Thank you for the bug report.

Best regards,
Karl

Hello,
with pyferret 7.1 (and previous versions) contour labels become invisible for xz-plots, if

set text/font=arial

is used.

yes? use levitus_climatology
yes? fill/nolab/z=0 temp
yes? contour/nolab/z=0/ov temp
yes? set win 2
yes? fill/nolab/y=-18 temp
yes? contour/nolab/y=-18/ov temp

is fine.

shows only gaps in the contours where the labels should be. Is there a bug in the pyferret graphics machine?
