[ferret_users] EOF STAT ERROR

Dear Ferreters

  I am facing a error, when i use the command  EOF STAT as follows

SET REGION/X=50E:55E/Y=3N:5N
!  Compute and save the spatial EOF functions.  These have the same units
!  as the data.
let tempave=temp[z=10:50@ave]
LET eofstat = eofsvd_stat(tempave)
 
yes? list/i=1/j=1 eofstat
**ERROR in efcn_compute() allocating -1514098976 bytes of memory
    work array 5:  X=1:-94631186, Y=1:2, Z=1:1, T=1:1, E=1:1, F=1:1
 **ERROR: error in external function

please give your suggestion to resolve this error.
