[ferret_users] pyferret and libcurl

Hi,

I've compiled pyferret on Mac OSX 10.11, and the build and installation process seem ok.

When I run pyferret, I get :

marti@Spip-15:05:45-~ 👉  pyferret
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
  File "/Users/marti/local/softs/ferret/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pyferret/__init__.py", line 52, in <module>
    from libpyferret import *
ImportError: dlopen(/Users/marti/local/softs/ferret/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pyferret/libpyferret.so, 2): Library not loaded: libcurl.4.dylib
  Referenced from: /Users/marti/local/softs/ferret/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pyferret/libpyferret.so
  Reason: Incompatible library version: libpyferret.so requires version 9.0.0 or later, but libcurl.4.dylib provides version 7.0.0

As libcurl (http://curl.haxx.se) last version is 7.47, I don't understand that pyferret needs version 9.0.0. Do I misintrepret the message ? What is its true meaning ?

Any hints appreciated !

Olivier
