Hi,
I am trying to find a way to control the position and size of the colorbar that comes with "ribbon" plots (i.e., using plot/ribbon/vs). I found nothing that helped with this in the documentation.
When I use the shade or fill commands, is use the qualifier /set_up, followed by a line using ppl shakey, and then ppl shade or fill (as shown in the documentation here:
http://ferret.pmel.noaa.gov/Ferret/faq/modifying-the-shade-key). I tried using this, followed by "ppl plot", but it does not make a colorbar appear. I also tried changing it to "ppl shade" and "ppl fill", but these did not work either.
Has anyone found a way to adjust the colorbar with ribbon plots?
