Hi Nitin,

This is one way of doing it:
First you calculate the p values using the t test, and you and up with a matrix of p values.�
The second step is to create a mask with 0 and 1 using the p values matrix. Say for eg you want to plot �only areas where the p values are greater or equal than 0.1, all you have to do is assign the value 1 where p value is greater or equal than 0.1 and 0 where it's not.�
The third step is to multiply the mask with the anomaly.�
