Dear Ferret users, I often use ferret for reducing the size of the my Netcdf files by keeping model outputs only on the interesting part of my model integration domain. In attachment, there is a topography of the Greenland ice sheet at a resolution of 15 km x 15 km. With the new version of ferret, I can not more save my model variables in a netcdf by using a reduced grid: NOAA/PMEL TMAP FERRET v6.84 Linux 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.x86_64 32-bit - 12/18/12 22-Apr-13 09:26 yes? use topo.nc ; save/file=foo.nc/i=10:100/clobber sh LISTing to file foo.nc **TMAP ERR: error in line definition file coords dont match variable coords on axis X10_100 LIST/FORMAT=CDF/file=foo.nc/i=10:100/clobber sh Command file, command group, or REPEAT execution aborted although it works with the previous Ferret versions: NOAA/PMEL TMAP FERRET v6.72 Linux 2.6.32-131.12.1.el6.x86_64 32-bit - 09/13/11 22-Apr-13 09:26 yes? use topo.nc ; save/file=foo.nc/i=10:100/clobber sh LISTing to file foo.nc Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue ?
