i have a daily data and WOA climatology and i need to List to an ascii output like this

DATE               SSH   WOAtemp

01/Jan/2012         24.04         28.02
02/Jan/2012         25.42         28.02
03/Jan/2012         23.34         28.02

As woa is montly data, i need to simply assign the corresponding month's value for all the days of the particular month.
How to specify it while listing?

Or is there any way to regrid a monthly climatology data to a daily climatology data? Simply i need to repeat the values for all the days of the month.
