[ferret_users] handling numerous no. of profile data

Hi all

 I am having prof id no., depth (irregular depths), temperature data in a file.
For example..

id dep temp

1   0   25.5
1   10  25
.
.
.
2   0   30
2  15  29.8
.
.
.
and so on
Now I want to sample the temperature data on that depth data (axis). How can I do it in ferret. Afterwards, I want to interpolate that profile on standard depth levels.

Any help in this regard is appreciated
