Dear Ferret,

I wonder how to calculate the vertical gradient of zonal wind (du/dz) from my data which has

isobaric level. Do i just simply use @DDC or @DDF, but i am afraid that the unit will be m/s /mb.

What i really want is vertical gradient of zonal wind with the unit of m/s /km.

I really appreciate for your help.
