[ferret_users] how to create climatology from monthly data

Hi,

i need to create 30 yr clim file of Net Shortwave radiation.
following are the attributes of the file

use nswrs.sfc.mon.mean.nc 
yes? sh data
     currently SET data sets:
    1> ./nswrs.sfc.mon.mean.nc  (default)
 name     title                             I         J         K         L
 NSWRS    Monthly Mean of Net Shortwave R  1:192     1:94      ...       1:767

I want climatology from jan-1970 to dec-2000 i.e. monthly climatology ( 12 clim months )

so how can do that in ferret
